All Lumicry products are made to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days. After production is complete, your order will be shipped. Total delivery time = production time (3-5 days) + shipping time (varies by location).

Yes! All our acrylic signs are fully customizable. Use the designer on any product page to lay out your text (up to 80 characters), then send it to us with your enquiry. Your text will be laser engraved or UV printed exactly as you specify it, so please double-check spelling and formatting.

We quote in CAD. Payment details are arranged directly with you once we have agreed your design and price. If you are paying from outside Canada, your bank will convert at its own exchange rate.

Our signs are made from premium cast acrylic (also known as plexiglass). Clear signs feature laser engraving with polished edges, while colorful signs use UV printing technology. All products are handcrafted in Canada with meticulous attention to detail.

Since all products are custom-made to order, we begin production as soon as your order is confirmed. Before production starts you can change your design or cancel for a full refund. Our square acrylic signs measure 4" x 4" x 1" (approximately 10cm x 10cm x 2.5cm). This compact size is perfect for desks, shelves, and display setups. Detailed dimensions are listed on each product page.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair, remake, or refund it.
