Welcome to Lumicry. By using our website and ordering our products, you agree to these terms of service.

About Lumicry

Lumicry is an independent creative studio based in Canada. We design and create custom luminous art, acrylic signs, and digital displays, all handcrafted in-house.

Website Use

You may browse our website to view products and learn about Lumicry. We use privacy-first analytics (Simple Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site, without tracking or collecting personal data.

Orders

This website is a catalogue, not a checkout. There is no online payment on lumicry.com. To order a piece, contact us with your design and we will reply with pricing, timing, and payment details.

An order is confirmed once we have agreed the design and price with you in writing and received payment. Prices are quoted in CAD unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days before an item ships.

We ship worldwide from Canada. Shipping cost is quoted with your order and depends on destination and parcel size. Typical delivery is 3-10 business days within Canada and 7-21 business days internationally, though carrier delays are outside our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships we will send you tracking details by email.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for errors in text or artwork that you supplied and approved.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will repair, remake, or refund the item at our cost, whichever you prefer.

If an order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Custom Products

All Lumicry products are made to order with custom text or designs you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring your custom text is spelled correctly and formatted as desired. We will produce your order exactly as you specify it.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on lumicry.com are the property of Lumicry. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without permission.

If you provide custom artwork or text for your order, you confirm that you own the rights to use it.

Limitation of Liability

Lumicry products are handcrafted items. While we take great care in production, slight variations may occur. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
