Lumicry uses Simple Analytics, a 100% privacy-first analytics service. Simple Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. We only collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about page views and referrers to understand how visitors use our site.

Simple Analytics does not track you across websites and respects Do Not Track settings.

The Sign Designer

The design tool on our product pages runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type or lay out stays on your device: it is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and it is lost when you close the page.

Enquiries & Orders

There is no checkout on this website and we do not process payments here. When you email us about a piece, we receive whatever you choose to send us, typically your name, email address, and the details of your design.

We use that information only to answer you and to produce and ship your order. If you go ahead with an order we will also need a delivery address. We keep this correspondence for our own records and do not share it with anyone except the shipping carrier handling your parcel.

Our email is hosted by Gmail (Google), so messages you send us are stored on Google's servers under their privacy terms.
