Orders & Checkout

When you place an order through our shop, the transaction is processed by YXE Creations Craft Hub through Shopify's secure platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to YXE Creations Craft Hub's policies:

Custom Products

All Lumicry products are made to order with custom text or designs you provide. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except as outlined in YXE Creations Craft Hub's refund policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your custom text is spelled correctly and formatted as desired. We will produce your order exactly as you specify it.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on lumicry.com are the property of Lumicry and YXE Creations Craft Hub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without permission.

If you provide custom artwork or text for your order, you confirm that you own the rights to use it.

Limitation of Liability

Lumicry products are handcrafted items. While we take great care in production, slight variations may occur. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
